International HR role - Online Learning Specialist

The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher -  depending on the skills, level, education,  professional experience, technological know-how.

We are looking for an Online Learning Specialist who will participate on the corporate L&D activities and be responsible for the development and coordination of internal online trainings for the whole Kistler Group. As a part of the small Swiss L&D team you will cooperate with employees, executives and trainers in Bratislava but communicate also with another Kistler locations world-wide.

Your main responsibilities on this position will be to:

 

  • Create an online trainings: define a meaningful story line and develop the online course in respective authoring software (Storyline Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt)
  • Organize and coordinate the online trainings according to global training needs
  • Cooperate with external providers and be in active contact with them during the creation of online trainings 
  • Ensure the didactic-methodical approach in the training conception
  • Act as a consultant for internal subject matter experts in conception, self-creation and execution of online trainings
  • Educate and support others in using L&D related tools (e.g. Moodle, WebEx Training, Training Sharepoint, Success Factors LMS, Internal Training Platform, Intranet)
  • Support the L&D team in order to ensure smooth running of the trainings (in all organizational and administrative aspects)

University education (Master's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)


Educational Specialization

Human Resources, Online Learning or similar


Language skills

English - Expert

Must Have:

  • Experience on the similar position or with creation of online learning materials
  • Experience using online learning authoring software & online training technologies
  • The conceptual thinking and basic project management skills
  • Ability to manage the timelines and due dates
  • Self-organized manner and proactive approach
  • Sense for graphic and visual design
  • Interest in learning didactic methodologies and new technologies in online education
  • Have excellent English (basic German language skills in an advantage)

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Sharepoint, Intranet, VCR tools, Moodle, Succes Factors
  • Experience with Storyline Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt
