Job description

KiBox2 Project leader serves as a driver SW development of activities on KiBox2 project, ensures priorities of HW development are in-line with the project goals, conceives project strategy and ensures all stakeholders are aligned. He/she is supporting the SW team to work in the most efficient way, understands decisions of the SW development team and can represent them in the management of the project.

Purpose of the Position

Drives the KiBox2 project in customer centric manner
Handles project administration
Conceives strategy for the KiBox2 project
Acts as a mediator between business and product
Manages involved stakeholders

Main Tasks

Ensure project administrative aspects are running according to company expectations
Ensures overall quality and timeline of the released product
Ensures project processes are efficiently
Validates tasks of KiBox2 development team
Drives program management on KiBox2
Creates and maintains product strategy with respect to all involved stakeholders
Participates on code reviews
Participates on product system architecture
Takes critical decisions for development / maintenance activities

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree ideally in IT, computer science or a similar field
Experience with SW development (either C#, C++ or similar languages)
Several years of professional experience with leading projects and teams; natural leader
You are familiar with project management methodologies
You enjoy developing new solutions for customers
Very good communication skills including fluent English
Analytical thinking; ability to work in a systematic and structured way
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
