Office Manager

The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher -  depending on the skills, level, education,  professional experience, technological know-how.

We are currently seeking a proactive OFFICE MANAGER with active knowledge of English and German language. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized and efficient team player with exceptional time managements skills. Key responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for smooth running of Kistler Bratislava office
  • Organizing internal & external meetings, trainings, conferences or events
  • Organizing business trips for Kistler Bratislava employees & taking care of travel expenses
  • Preparing reports, documents and presentations
  • Participating & organizing on ad hoc Kistler Bratislava projects
  • Translating documents, providing general administrative support, daily communication and correspondence
Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization


Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills:

  • Ideally 1-2 year of experience in office administration, invoicing
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and German language 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on advanced level
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantage
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Problem solving & analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • High level coordination and organizing skills
  • Pro-active, result oriented and team-player attitude
