Marketing assistant for Corporate Region West
The marketing assistant for Corporate Region West coordinates the marketing activities of all Sales Centers of the Region. He/she works closely with the Head of Corporate Region West, the Group internal marketing department IMA located in Bratislava and locally with all marketing referees of the sales centers. He/she takes care of checking that all the marketing activities are compliant with the Group standards and policies and ensures a smooth development of those activities in the Region.
Main tasks
- Region marketing contact person (Italy, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Mexico, Brazil, Russia)
- Participation in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly HQ Marketing meetings
- Participation in bi-weekly Eloqua team meetings for coordination of activities
- Monthly meetings for reporting with each SCs.
- Region marketing strategies coordinator
- Management of MTPs and Marketing Forecast of the region
- Co-ordination with CFO for monitoring expenses
- Monitoring of marketing KPIs and reporting to the Executive Board
- Implementation of Success Stories with OSRs
- Responsible for the organization of webinars in the Region
- Creation, management and monitoring of email marketing plans and campaigns for the Region
- Country, app code, creation and import of target groups of leads and contacts from C4C, sending database to OSRs
- Coordination of CRW resources for translations of the new site (project Epic)
- Support and collaboration with Assistants for internal communication development with monthly social content calendar and events in Italy
- Responsible for participation in Italian industry events (MECSPE, A&T, COILTECH)
- Collaboration with external providers
- Management of AdWords and Analytics
- CRM management
- Management and publication of editorial content in trade magazines
- Marketing material management
Requirements

- Committed to improve its own performances through learning of new products, features, skills.
- Previous experience in marketing management in international Companies required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of AT LEAST one of these newsletter software: Oracle Eloqua, Mailchimp, Magento
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Sixtrix/Semrush
- Basic knowledge in LinkedIn content creation
- Good knowledge of a CRM like C4C, Salesforce, Sage, Hubspot
- Good knowledge of Photoshop or Canva, InDesign, Illustrator
- Excellent knowledge of English in reading, speaking, and writing
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
