Service Manager

Our Tech office in Prague is looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of people and securing their optimal and effective operation. You as a Service Manager will play an active role in a service process helping people in your charge navigate through their tasks.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring the effective implementation of service strategies through local service specialists in collaboration with regional service manager
  • Management of human resources in a team
  • Assignment midterm and short-term tasks
  • Priority management, task management on regular manner
  • Implementation and management of service agreements
  • Communication with customers and use of CRM system, service and sales module
  • Communication with service partners
  • Securing effective sales of service products via various channels
  • Increasing local service turnover for each country within the EE region
  • Recruiting right service technicians with appropriate service skillset and sales approach
  • Managing local service operation, generating customer satisfaction
  • Reporting to Head of Sales Center and Regional Service Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position
Technical University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Language skills
English – Fluent in speech, Upper intermediate (B2) in writing
Other skills 
Strong communication skills and ability to lead people
Number of years of experience
5 with services in B2B segment (preferably automotive industry)

Personality requirements and skills

Must have skills

  • Strong leadership and ability to build coherent and cooperative team
  • Good communication skills in Czech and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe
  • Service mindset and understanding service operations
  • Orderliness and industriousness

Nice to have skills

  • Experience in automotive production or automation segment
