Field Sales Specialist Brazil

The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving the sales goals of a defined range of the company’s products in a defined territory. He/she will visit customer sites, identify projects and instrumentation requirements, provide advice on appropriate applications, and sell those company products.

 

Main tasks      

  • Responds to requests for technical, price, delivery, and service information
  • Provides advice on the appropriate application of each company product.
  • Develops and implements a sales strategy in conjunction with the KBR Sales Manager.
  • Identifies and penetrates OEM and Tier transplant companies and coordinates strategy with the Sales and Applications Manager.
  • Identifies unique market requirements and consults with the KBR Sales Manager on special solutions.
  • Maintains current knowledge of new and existing products and applications.
  • Prepares customer price quotations.
  • Assists in preparing special project proposals as required.
  • To be with customers face-to-face at least 3 times a week. Visits must be reported in the CRM.
  • Coordinates commitments with affected internal departments.
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift 30kg.
  • Travel requirements: available to travel 80% of time by car within multi-state territory.
  • Airline travel is required as well as occasional trips abroad for training.
  • A current and valid driver’s license and passport is required.

 

Requirements 

  • Experience in the application of force and torque transducers, associated electronics and software for measurement and control requirements in the application areas addressed by those products.
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and assembly operations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory
  • Proactive attitude
  • Bachelor degree in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited four (4) year college preferred plus two (2) years experience in technical sales; or two (2) years in appropriate technical education plus 5 years of experience as technical sales.
