Your mission:
You will steer Kistler’s growth in close collaboration with your colleagues on the Executive Committee, and you will lead the development of our OE Advanced Products Business.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide strategic governance at overall company level 
• Shape the strategy for our OE Advanced Products
• Lead the global organizational entity at both strategic and operational levels
• Drive Kistler’s market leadership in the main markets, and identify potential new market /application segments worldwide
• Push account management
• Lead, motivate and inspire a global team 
• Drive key projects ahead
• Foster the ongoing development and commitment of Kistler’s employees
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive peers on strategic business issues such as market and business development, product management, and sales 

Your qualifications:

• Higher technical degree in automotive or mechanical engineering 
• 5+ years of senior management experience as leader of a global sales and business development organization in the automotive market
• M&A experience, especially integration of new businesses
• Global mentality and in-depth knowledge of local markets and cultures in China and the USA
• Excellent network of relevant decision-makers (e.g. in the EV sector)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional/cross-cultural teams, combined with excellent communication and effective presentation skills 
• Fully fluent in both written and spoken German and English; knowledge of any other languages is an asset
