Executive Assistant to CEO

Executive Assistant to CEO



In this role you will take responsibility for these topics:


  • Coordination of the CEO Office and active support of the CEO in his tasks/projects
    • Planning and organization of all operative tasks incl. international business trips


  • Planning and implementation of Management Process
    • Incl. organization of Executive Committee and Board Meetings


  • Coordination of CEO contact network (internal and external)
    • Coordination and competent point of contact for various departments, such as Corporate Communication, Site Managers worldwide, Organizational Entities
    • Responsibility for VIP visits


  • Support CEO Communication
    • Development of content for the global townhall meetings (management and staff) - from consultation with the individual responsible persons to the final presentation
    • Support for CEO blog and similar communication channels


  • Projects, event management, market intelligence (in cooperation with the relevant departments)
    • PMO for various CEO projects
    • Event Management for Corporate Events
    • Interface with the Strategy Team and assist with Market Intelligence

In the execution of these tasks, you will be supported by two experienced Executive Assistants.



To succeed in this role, you will bring:


  • Relevant education in business administration and more than 5 years of relevant work experience 
  • Strong interest in and understanding of economic contexts
  • Confidence and the ability of appropriate interaction with various stakeholders at all hierarchical levels in an international context
  • Ability to work in a team with a high energy level, positive charisma and proven ability to work under pressure
  • High service orientation and winning mentality
  • High flexibility in terms of working hours
  • Advanced knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Sound knowledge of the entire MS Office range, especially Power Point, at a high level
  • Guaranteed confidentiality, discretion and reliability
